ATONEMENT Unleashes Electrifying Track 'Death Merchant'

Swedish deathrash outfit ATONEMENT teases fans with their latest track 'Death Merchant'. This blistering single is the third sneak peek from their much-anticipated debut album 'Sadistic Invaders', scheduled for a worldwide release on July 28th, through Dying Victims Productions.
Despite their tender average age of 16 during the release of their first demo 'Merciless Blasphemy' back in 2021, ATONEMENT has shown that they have an old soul for thrashing death metal reminiscent of the 1987 era. The young trio masterfully stirred up a brew that brought to mind the early works of metal titans such as Destruction, Sepultura, Possessed, Death, Sweden’s Morbid, Germany’s Poison, and Chile’s Pentagram. This debut demo, true to its name, delivered a whirlwind of filth and fury quite unparalleled.
Two years later, with high expectations at stake, ATONEMENT presents their debut album 'Sadistic Invaders'. The album takes the unbridled fury of their demo and amplifies it, turning the nastiness up to eleven. Despite their youth, ATONEMENT resonates with the heady energy of the mid-'80s deathrash, making the ten songs on this 37-minute album even more intense and compact than their debut demo. With a fuller sound but without compromising on their rawness, ATONEMENT manages to surprise with unique and clever twists in their music, setting them apart from the others still chasing Endless Pain.
