Finnish death metal sensation DISGUISED MALIGNANCE is back with an exciting new single and video, 'Confined', pulled from their highly anticipated debut album, 'Entering the Gateways'. Released today, the captivating video perfectly mirrors the band's electrifying live performances while paying homage to the iconic death metal music videos of the 90s. This awe-inspiring album will be hitting the shelves on September 29 via Prosthetic Records.

Felix Pennanen, the powerhouse vocalist, had this to say about the release: 'Confined is one of the most aggressive tracks on the album while maintaining an infectious sense of groove. It perfectly showcases our unique blend of grim, unearthly death metal that is 'Entering The Gateways'.'
The fast-paced and vividly aggressive nature of 'Confined' was further emphasized by Aatos Palmu, the band's bassist, who noted, 'We chose to pair it up with a music video to further enhance the experience with the grimy and disorienting visuals in the old school death metal spirit.'
Formed in 2021 by Pennanen and Palmu, DISGUISED MALIGNANCE began as a duo focusing on fusing old school death metal elements with a modern technical songwriting approach. Their debut full-length, 'Entering the Gateways', exhibits a musical chemistry that transcends their years in the industry. The meticulously composed quintet-oriented album includes frenzied passages reminiscent of death metal greats like Demilich and Crytopsy, while also embracing modern influences from bands like Tomb Mold and Blood Incantation.
