ESCALATION, a dynamic newcomer to the Polish metal scene, has just streamed their debut album, "Ruins of the Falling World," showcasing their growth and the matured sound that they have honed since their formation in 2020. Based in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Silesia, ESCALATION has rapidly gained recognition, beginning with their well-received debut EP "Before We Fall" in 2021. Their latest offering presents a robust blend of modern sonic elements and raw, explosive arrangements that reflect the band's uncompromising artistic vision.
The album was crafted at HUGEstudio, known for working with notable bands like Grief Circle and Formis. It features a guest guitar performance by Argentinian musician Lisandro Villalba on the track "Embrace of Darkness." The entire project was mixed and mastered by Piotr Zubko, a seasoned producer known for his work with Warfist. The visual presentation of the album matches its sonic intensity, with cover artwork by Katarzyna Jakubska of Dark Descent Design and a striking band logo by Karolina Ambicka, enhancing ESCALATION's image in the metal community.
