LIV SIN are back! And they are stronger than ever. Who would have thought that a two-year hiatus and an overhaul of musicians would make a difference?
In 2022, after a two-year down confinement period, LIV SIN is now ready to hit the stages again. And also the record shops' racks, with a new album. The first advance of the record is called “The Process”.
The track "The Process" is the first independent single from the forthcoming 3rd album of Swedish metal band LIV SIN. "The Process" is a heavy riff driven song which finds strength in its simplicity. It underlines Liv's characteristic vocals, the stunning drums of Per Bjelovuk and the great guitar work by Patrick Ankermark. The new single it brings something new and exciting to their sound while staying true to previous releases like their debut album "Follow Me" or their 2019 release "Burning Sermons".
The main riff in this song got me from the very beginning with it’s really cool groove, but the verse has a bit of a softer and slower side to it. So I thought, let’s not do whatever comes into the mind at first, which might have been a soft and nice vocal part, but instead I tried out a growling sort of vocals and that just gave another feel to the whole song, a darker and anguished feeling. Liv Sin hopes that "The Process" will give you a small insight into where they are at with the new album, that is expected to be released this year (2022).
