One of the top-selling independent extreme metal bands in America, Suicide Silence took the industry by storm with their critically acclaimed 2007 Metal Blade debut 'The Cleansing.' The album sold over 10,000 copies just three weeks after its release and went on to sell more than 150,000 records in the U.S. alone.
Today, California deathcore band SUICIDE SILENCE has released a searing new track, Thinking in Tongues”:
“This song derives from the chaotic feeling of losing one’s mind,” the band said. “Feeling like you’re choking on every breath you take until you eventually break. Debilitating confusion sets in and your mind begins ‘Thinking in Tongues,’ essentially processing thoughts that not even you yourself can understand. In a sense, this song evokes the ultimate sense of helplessness.”
