After Forever have released a pro-shot video of Follow In The Cry, filmed at the two concerts they played at 013 Poppodium in Tilburg on 4 and 5 October 2025 to mark twenty five years.

A year between the show and the footage is a long wait, and the band's own message about it explains the delay better than a press release would: there are some nights that stay with you long after the final note has faded.

The song is from Prison of Desire, the album they made in 2000, and it is the second part of a piece that runs across their catalogue. Choosing it for the first release from the reunion means starting at the beginning rather than with the better known later material.

Five albums between 2000 and 2007, then nothing until 2024, when the band came back with Mark Jansen and Sander Gommans still on guitars, Luuk van Gerven on bass and Andre Borgman on drums, and Angel Wolf-Black singing. Jeffrey Revet plays the keyboards, which in this band is not a background instrument.

They are from Reuver, in Limburg, and the Dutch symphonic scene they helped build has grown past them several times over. Two nights in Tilburg, seventeen years after the last album, says the audience never agreed to that.
