Agalloch will play Canada for the first time in more than a decade at Prepare The Ground, which returns to Toronto from 4 to 6 June 2027 for its fourth edition.
The first wave puts them alongside a returning SubRosa and a reunited Dark Castle. Lamp Of Murmuur make their Canadian debut, Primitive Man perform Observance in full, and KEN mode are down for a special set that has not been described. Bosse-de-Nage, Franklin, Junius, Malfet and Thra complete the announcement, with more names later this year.
The festival takes over two blocks of downtown Toronto, running across Trinity St. Paul's Church, Lee's Palace, The Cave and Transac, with an outdoor arts market and a theatre given over to film scores. The 2026 edition sold out before the doors opened.
