Chained Saint have put out a video for "Punk", the second song from Rise To Fall, an EP due on 9 October.
The record holds five songs: "Drive", "Punk", the title track, "Snakeskin" and "Uncrowned". The band produced it themselves with Rob Roy at Power Station Studios, and announced it after their first run of shows in Europe.
It follows Blindside, the debut album they released in 2024 through Patriark Records. That one was produced by William DuVall, the singer and guitarist of Alice In Chains, and its eight songs were recorded and mixed to analogue tape.
The four of them started in a garage in South Florida in 2022 and were still at school when the album came out: Sean Sterling sings, Ethan Kahn plays guitar, Sebastian De Avila bass and Cameron Cottrell drums. The new songs push further into hardcore and groove while keeping the thrash the album was built on.
