Chris Fehn has appeared on Pawn Stars to confirm that a Slipknot mask was his.

It is the third episode of the show's twenty fifth season on the History Channel. Fehn was brought in as the expert on a lot that also held a signed drumhead and a guitar, with an asking price of 35,000 dollars across the three items. A clip of the segment is now out.

There is a longer story sitting underneath it. Fehn was the band's percussionist for twenty years, left in 2019 in the middle of a legal dispute with the other members, and has not played with them since. Being called in to verify the authenticity of his own stage mask, on a television programme about valuing other people's possessions, is a position almost nobody in this music ends up in.

The masks were never merchandise. They were made to be worn by specific people, which is exactly why one of them is worth money on its own and why the show needed the person who wore it to say so.

No value was reported for the mask by itself.
