Deicide's set at Leyendas Del Rock has been published in professionally shot video, two and a half months after the night itself.

It was 8 August at the Polideportivo Municipal de Villena, in Alicante. The running order starts where it usually starts, with "Scars Of The Crucifix", then "Dead By Dawn" and "Homage For Satan", which is a set built from three different decades and arranged so nobody has to wait.

Spanish summer festivals have become one of the more reliable places to see American death metal bands of this vintage, and Leyendas has spent years building a bill that mixes them with the local scene. Filming the sets properly and putting them out afterwards is part of why.

The band have been doing this since 1987 and the show has changed very little. That is either the complaint or the reason, depending on who is asked.

Two and a half months between the performance and the film is about standard for a festival that shoots its own stages. The footage arrives when the summer is over and the bands need something to point at.
