Destruction Of Orion have released Better Days, from Dimensions Of Chaos, which Aesthetic Death issue on 27 November. No Clean Singing had it first.

The title is not a promise. What the song examines is the way hope, regret and disappointment feed each other, and the bitter reading of it is the intended one: the expectation of something better can itself become the source of the damage.

It opens on a thin piano line with nothing behind it, then the distortion arrives, and from there the arrangement works between enormous guitar tone, heavy percussion and vocals pushed past comfort. Choral passages and lighter textures cut across the weight rather than relieve it, and a mournful guitar solo carries the last of it.

The project is one person. Tehina Spasova writes, plays and sings all of it, and the three albums are a sequence rather than a catalogue: Decreasing Brightness in 2024, States Of Horror in 2025 and now this one, each tied to a different stretch of her life and all three built on grief and exhaustion.
