Dopethrone have announced the third and final leg of their Uniworse tour of the United States, fourteen dates starting on 27 January 2027 along the West Coast and through the south.
Conjurer come with them, along with -(16)- and Armed for Apocalypse, which gives the bill three different readings of heavy: Montreal stoner doom at the top, British post metal under it, and two decades of Californian sludge underneath that.
Splitting a tour of one country into three legs across more than a year is a choice a band makes when the alternative is six weeks away from home in one go. It also means the third leg plays to rooms that have already had two chances to see them.
No support act has been announced for more than the full run, and the dates themselves have gone up without venue names in the announcement text. Dopethrone have toured the United States more than most Canadian bands of their size, which is what makes a third leg possible at all.
