Doro Pesch has ruled out retiring, again, and the way she did it is worth reading twice.
Asked by The Metal Voice whether she had ever thought about stopping, she said she wants to die on stage, that it is up to God whenever He wants her, and that she will do it like Lemmy, to the last day. She does not ever want to quit.
Then came the part that gives the rest of it weight. She talked about the engineer she has worked with for twelve years, a man who had been a boxer and a tennis player and was completely active, until his wife rang to say she could not work with him any more. It happened very fast. Doro said she hopes he gets back to normal and does not know whether he will.
