Dragonland have released Rolling Waves, the third song from Prophecies. The album is their seventh and arrives on 23 October through Scarlet Records.

Two names on it are worth the sentence. Fredrik Nordstrom mixed and mastered the record at Studio Fredman, the Gothenburg room that put the sound on In Flames, Arch Enemy and HammerFall, and Pedro Sena made the cover after doing the same for Amon Amarth and Kreator. For a symphonic power metal band from the same city, that is going to the local institution rather than out of it.

The vinyl numbers say where the audience is. Three hundred and fifty copies in marbled blue, a hundred and fifty in transparent blue with a yellow splatter, and that is the whole pressing: five hundred records for a band twenty seven years old with seven albums behind it. The digipack CD and the digital edition carry the rest.

Dragonland have never been prolific and the gaps between their records have run to years rather than months. Three singles ahead of this one is the most promotion any of them has had.
