Evil Invaders have released a new single called "Dreamstate" through Napalm Records, and announced a European tour of twenty seven dates for February and March 2027.
Its lyric stays on one idea throughout, a narrator who cannot tell a dream from waking and blames nobody else for it: "Can I escape this constant dream state, or have I pushed myself too far away?"
The video is a Panda Productions film directed by Jens De Vos, with Daniela Del Amor appearing alongside the band and Glenn Verdickt as director of photography.
The tour opens on 25 February 2027 at Substage in Karlsruhe and closes on 27 March at The Underworld in London, taking in eleven countries on the way: Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom. The date at Trix in Antwerp on 6 March is billed as their own headline show. The British leg runs through Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and London in the last week.
Evil Invaders formed in Leopoldsburg in 2007 and play thrash and speed metal. Their last album, Shattering Reflection, came in 2022, after Feed Me Violence in 2017 and Pulses of Pleasure in 2015, with EPs in 2013 and 2016. The line-up is Joe on vocals and guitar, Max on guitar, Joeri on bass and Senne Jacobs on drums.
