Graham Bonnet Band release Circuit Breaker on 26 March through Frontiers, and the first song off it puts Bonnet and Bruce Dickinson in the same room. "The Fifth Force Of Nature" is a duet, and Dickinson appears in the accompanying film as well.

Two voices like these together is less obvious than it sounds. Bonnet sings from the chest, flat footed and enormous; Dickinson sings from somewhere above the stave. Put them on the same melody and the thing to listen for is who moves. On this song they alternate rather than blend, which is the safer arrangement and probably the right one.

"Having Bruce Dickinson perform a duet with us on this album was a thrill," Bonnet said. "Our voices blend together so beautifully." Dickinson returned it: "It was an honour to sing this terrific song with Graham, truly a vocal legend."

Bonnet is five decades into this, from Down To Earth with Rainbow through Assault Attack with the Michael Schenker Group to Alcatrazz. The band behind him is Beth-Ami Heavenstone on bass, Conrado Pesinato on guitar, Shane Gaalaas on drums and Alessandro Bertoni on keyboards, and more guests are promised.
