Harlott have released Exsequiis, their fifth album and their first since Detritus of the Final Age in 2020. It is out on 11 September through Metal Blade Records, which put the whole record up on its channel the day before.
It runs eleven tracks, from the 48 second opener "Incipiam" to the closing title track. In between are "Void", "Messiah Simplex", "Trial by Liar", "The God That Knows No Name", "Kleptogenesis", "A Still More Glorious Dawn Awaits", "The Joyful Stain", "Endling" and "Vice Borne".
The band formed in Melbourne in 2006 and plays thrash metal. Origin, the first album, came out in 2013, followed by Proliferation in 2015 and Extinction in 2017.
