Leng Tch'e are streaming Hammered into Collapse in full through Season of Mist.
Putting a whole EP up at once is easier to justify than putting up a whole album, and for grindcore it is close to mandatory: the songs are short enough that a single is barely a sample, and the point of the format is the sequence hitting without pause.
The band broke nine years of silence with two songs earlier this year, which makes this the first complete thing they have released in nearly a decade.
Belgium has quietly been one of the better places for this music since the nineties, and Leng Tch'e have been in it almost from the beginning, through line-up changes that would have ended most bands. A comeback that arrives as a short, finished record rather than a reunion tour is the more convincing kind.
Season of Mist have carried them before, which is why the stream went up on the label's own channel rather than on a band page nobody follows any more.
