Lepoka release Rebelion animal tomorrow, 2 October, on Calaverita Records. Twelve tracks, and the title has been doing the work of a warning label since the single cycle started.
The closer is Bestias de Inglaterra, which is the Spanish title of Beasts of England, the anthem the animals sing in Orwell's book. A band that spends most of its time on drinking songs and village festival folk metal ending a record there is a choice, and the album title points straight at it.
The full running order is La ultima y a casa, Color cafe, No quiero despertar, Rebelion animal, Un nuevo Big Bang, Otra ronda, Gallo rojo, Somos, Escala en Madrid, Malas lenguas, Dulcecanto and Bestias de Inglaterra. Gallo rojo came out with Kutxi Romero of Marea guesting, and No quiero despertar had a video before that.
The band formed in Castellon de la Plana in 2010 and this is their sixth record.
