Love Sex Machine have released "Borrow the Will", another song from Thriving, which Pelagic Records put out on 13 November.

It follows the first song from the record, and the band have kept the same approach to both: sludge played slowly enough that each riff has time to be unpleasant, with the vocals pushed far back behind it.

They come out of Lille, which has quietly produced a run of bands at this end of French heavy music, and Pelagic is the German label that has made a specialty of releasing them to an audience that would otherwise never hear them.

Three weeks to go, two songs out, and no tracklist made public yet. The band have been running at this pace since they started, which is to say they release a record when one exists and say almost nothing in between, and Thriving is the third of them.
