Methane release Demolate on 2 October through Fireflash Records, and have put out Research Chemicals from it.
"The track is a super soldier story with a dark sense of humor and a taste of twisted irony. The government pumps him full of chemicals and he loves it," said singer Tim Scott. Then he said where it came from. "I grew up around Vietnam vets, my father, my stepfather, their friends. They came home broken from a crazy war, experimented on with drugs, left with PTSD. I got to experience all of their insanity."
The band started in 2012 around Scott, who had been in the Revenant of John McEntee's circle, and Jimi Mästerbo. They have toured hard since, behind headline runs and support slots with Whiplash, Warbringer, Nervosa and Massacre.
