Midnight will put out Satanic Attack Live! on 6 November through Metal Blade Records, the first live record in sixteen years of the band.
It comes from two sold-out nights at Knucklehead in Hollywood on 28 and 29 May, part of the Satanic Royalty 15th Anniversary World Tour. The ten songs of Satanic Royalty are played in the album's own running order, with five more after them, among them Shock Til Blood, T.A.P. and Fucking Speed and Darkness. Mark Borders recorded it, Zach Rippy mixed and mastered it.
Athenar, who is most of Midnight, was asked whether he ever expected one. "Did I ever think there would be a MIDNIGHT live, in concert record album? Haha shit, naw!" he said. "But if you're reading this, you are probably holding a copy in your bloody semen/leukorrhea-dripping paws. With the help of D.K. Vagslay, Iron Possessor, and about 300 dirt merchants and headbanging Hollywood sleazeballs, it was possible to concoct such a document of disgust."
CD, digital and vinyl, the last in five colour variants with a poster.
