Misery Index will reissue Overthrow on vinyl on 15 December through Time To Kill Records, twenty five years after the EP came out on the band's own Anarchos Records.
Five songs is all it was, and all of it is on Side A, closing with a cover of Terrorizer's "Dead Shall Rise". Side B is where the reissue earns its place: three tracks from the band's 2002 split with Commit Suicide, including "Reality Distortion", which Disrupt recorded first. Virtalahde Mastering cut the new master for vinyl.
The band put out a lyric video for "Your Pain Is Nothing" to go with it. Jason Netherton explained the choice. "It's a longer track that weaves through blasting verses and an even more epic chorus, standing out as a favourite track among many old school fans," he said, calling it a deep cut classic.
Twenty five years on, the band are writing their next record. Pre-orders cover black, white and marble green pressings.
