Night Laser release Rats in the Cradle tomorrow, 25 September, through Steamhammer.
Eleven songs and two of them are long by the band's standards: Heart of the Desert Rose at 7:22, which has Johnny Gioeli guesting on it, and Goddes of the Sky at 8:18. Steamhammer has both that and 19CR490 out as videos. The rest sits around four minutes, opening on S.T.F.U. and closing on You and Me at 3:40.
It is the fifth album and the first since Call Me What You Want in 2024. The band formed in Hamburg in 2014 around the brothers Benno and Robert Hankers, on vocals and bass; Ingemar Oswald has been on drums since 2021 and Felipe Zapata Martinez on guitar since 2022.
