Nightmarer tour Europe in spring behind Chorus Of Suffering, with Hæresis on every date.
It opens at Neue Zukunft in Berlin on 25 March, then MS Stubnitz in Hamburg on the 28th and Zollkantine in Bremen on the 29th. The second leg runs through April: Neunkirchen, Marburg, Cologne, Würzburg, Stuttgart and Leipzig.
Nine shows, all of them in rooms that hold a few hundred people, and that is the correct size for what this band do. Nightmarer have worked between the United States and Germany since 2013 making death metal that is deliberately hard to follow, with the dissonance structural rather than ornamental.
Hæresis come from the same end of the map. Two bands like this sharing a van for three weeks is how the European underground has always worked, and the venues named here are the ones that have kept it running.
The tour takes its name from the album, which is the usual arrangement when an audience has been built room by room instead of festival by festival.
