Northlane have moved Anemoia from 30 October to 27 November and postponed their Australian and New Zealand tour to May 2027.

Two separate reasons sit behind that. The album moved because of production delays. The tour moved because Josh Smith, who plays guitar and sings, has been dealing with chronic health problems that have worsened over two years and now need what the band call immediate intervention, which rules out travelling or performing.

"With his health and rehabilitation a priority, alongside the delayed release of the record, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule," the band said. Existing tickets stay valid, the new dates are not announced yet, and the Melbourne listening party moves to 20 November, which still puts that audience first in the world to hear the record.

The UK and European run with Dayseeker and the North American headline tour early next year both go ahead. In the meantime the band have put out "Deathwish" earlier than planned, which is the only part of the announcement that is not bad news.
