Pan-Amerikan Native Front have put Howling Piercing Darkness out today, four songs, with no run up at all. Profound Lore are streaming the whole thing.

The recording was done with Matt Russel Recording in Sikaakonki, Illiniwek, which is how the project writes the place the rest of the world calls Chicago, Illinois. Drums went down at World Famous Studios and Dan Lowndes mastered it at Resonance Sound.

This is a one man band and has been since 2015, with the full length Little Turtle's War in 2021 and a run of splits and short releases since. The Indigenous history the project writes about is not a costume on top of the music; the song titles and the places named in the credits are the same argument the records make.

Four songs on an EP from a project that works at this scale is a release, not a teaser. GoatowaRex remain the label behind the longer records.
