PeelingFlesh have set a self-titled album for 27 November through Unique Leader Records and released Murderous Intent from it, with Mike Ryan of Missing Link singing on it.
The band call what they do slamming gangster groove. Mychal Soto, who is in the band, produced, mixed and mastered the record, while Dave Otero, who has worked with Cattle Decapitation and Archspire, engineered it.
"It's ruthless and vicious. Solidifying that Oklahoma/New York connection," said frontman Damonteal Harris. "This has been our baby for the last year. An insane mixture of drop G and Drop F songs that are some of our favorite and craziest songs we've written to date and we're extremely stoked to get them out finally."
The guest list keeps going past the first song: Devin Swank of Sanguisugabogg on Wig Split, JayWay of Bayway on Lethal Interjection, Bridget Lynch of Stabbing on No Alibi.
