Prophecy have a video for "Monster", which Slam Worldwide put up as an exclusive. The song is the third track on Devastated By Mankind, the five song EP that Pathologically Explicit Recordings released on 12 September.
That makes four of those five songs with a video now. "Wolves" and the title track went out on the same channel across the year, and Ebolic Regurgitation had one in March, months before the EP it ended up on existed. Only "777" has stayed a track you have to find on the record.
Working that way round is common enough among bands who live on one video channel and a distro list rather than on a release schedule, and the Texans have been at it a long time. Seven records sit behind this EP, the oldest of them from the nineties, and the band are still a five piece playing brutal death metal with no interest in sounding like anything else.
Thirty seconds of "Monster" tells you what the EP is: short songs, no clean passages, the guitars tuned to where the riff and the bass become one noise. The EP runs five tracks and does not outstay that.
