Rammstein have released a live performance of Armee der Tristen, the first thing out of Rammstein Live In Mexico City.
Paul Dugdale directed it, cut from the band's three nights at the Foro Sol in October 2022. Dugdale has made concert films for Adele and The Rolling Stones, which tells you what register to expect: a film rather than a multicam.
It premieres worldwide in cinemas on 4 November, with ticket pre orders open since 23 September, and the live album of the same performances follows on 20 November. The teaser came out earlier this month, four years after the cameras rolled.
The band formed in Berlin in 1994 and has never changed a member: Till Lindemann, Richard Kruspe, Paul Landers, Oliver Riedel, Christoph Schneider and Christian Lorenz. Thirty two years with the same six people is rarer in any genre than it ought to be.
