Saxon will play two Italian dates in March on the second part of the Gods of Thunder World Tour: the Alcatraz in Milan on 18 March 2027 and the Viper at Tenax in Florence on the 19th.
Tickets go on sale at ten in the morning on 27 October, through MC2Live and Vivaticket. A support band is booked for both nights and has not been named yet.
The album the tour is carrying, Gods of Thunder, is dated 22 January 2027, which puts the Italian dates two months after it lands rather than ahead of it. Biff Byford is still in front.
Italy has been a steady market for the band since the first wave, and the two rooms are the usual ones: the Alcatraz holds a few thousand, the Tenax rather fewer, and between them they cover the north and the centre without pretending there is an arena audience for a band of this vintage.
These are the first Italian dates announced for the second leg.
