Sevendust have booked four Australian theatres for February 2027, with Caligula's Horse opening.
The week runs from the Astor Theatre in Perth on 15 February to The Tivoli in Brisbane on the 17th, the Enmore Theatre in Sydney on the 18th and the Forum in Melbourne on the 20th. Four cities, six days, which is the whole country at the pace a visiting band can afford.
The support is the interesting half. Caligula's Horse are from Brisbane and write long, bright progressive metal that has almost nothing in common with what the headliner does, and the pairing works precisely because of it. Sevendust have spent thirty years on groove and on Lajon Witherspoon's voice, and following a band that solves songs rather than hammers them gives an audience two different arguments in one night.
This is the Atlanta group's first Australian run in years, and it comes after One, the fifteenth album, which Napalm released in May.
Presale opens on Monday 9 November at eleven in the morning local time through Destroy All Lines, with general sale on Wednesday the 11th at the same hour.
