The Erinyes have set Hide And Seek for 18 December through Frontiers Music, with "Agony & Ecstasy" as the first song from it.
The project is built on three lead singers rather than one, and all three have stayed: Justine Daaé of Elyose, Mizuho Lin of Semblant and Nicoletta Rosellini of Alterium. A band assembled from three working vocalists usually loses one between albums, and the fact that none of them left is the reason there is a second record at all.
"This album gave us the chance to fully embrace the contrast between our vocal timbres, ranges and artistic identities," Daaé said. "I loved exploring how those differences could complement each other." Rosellini describes the single as the obvious opener: "It hits you right from the start, with powerful melodies and an incredibly catchy chorus."
The debut told a story about three Amazons; this one goes further into fantasy literature, Narnia among the sources. Aldo Lonobile produces and plays lead guitar again, writing with Marco Pastorino, and the name comes from the Greek deities of vengeance.
