The Headless Ghost have announced Legacy Of The Dead for late November on Punishment 18 Records. It is the Italian band's second album, after King of Pain in 2024.
They produced it themselves and had it mixed and mastered at TMH Studios, a room whose credit list runs from Mortuary Drape to Secret Sphere, Ring Of Fire and Hell In The Club, which is a wide enough spread to tell you nothing about how this one sounds.
The band formed in 2020, which makes two albums in six years and both of them on a label that has spent thirty years putting out Italian thrash and heavy metal nobody else would. That is the company they keep and, on the evidence of the first record, the company they belong in.
