The Ocean will play the Legend Club in Milan on 9 February 2027, one date on the run behind Solaris. The support act has not been named yet.
The timing is the part a promoter does not usually get right. Tickets went on sale at ten this morning, the same morning the date was announced, through MC2Live. Announcing and selling in the same hour works only for a band whose audience is already waiting, and Solaris came out days ago.
This band have been going since 2001 and have spent the last decade making records in pairs and cycles rather than one at a time, which is why a tour announcement from them tends to arrive attached to an album rather than to a season.
One Italian date is what the circuit gives a band at this level: a club in Milan, and the rest of Europe reached from the dates around it. February is also the right month for a record like this one.
