Tombstalker release Chaos Monolith tomorrow, 25 September, through Adirondack Black Mass.
Eight tracks, opening on the title song at 8:07 and running about forty three minutes. Iron Within Iron Without and Unto the Anvil of War are both out already. Warp Storm Imminent and Penitent Engine put the record's furniture beyond doubt for anyone who has read a Warhammer rulebook.
It is the second album and the first since Black Crusades in 2015, with the Chaotic Devotion and Age of Darkness EPs in between. The band formed in Lexington, Kentucky in 2008 and has kept two of its founders: Conqueror Horus on vocals and guitar and Defiler on bass. Gruftspüre joined on guitar in 2022 and Storm Bolter took the drums this year.
