Turnstile will play a free show at the Washington Monument in Washington, DC, on 24 October. The concert is a benefit for Human Concern International, and the money raised goes to the organisation's humanitarian work in Palestine, Sudan and Lebanon.

The date also answers a question that had been open for weeks. There was a gap in the band's autumn itinerary with nothing announced in it, and this is what was going into it.

Donations are being taken before the show and attendance is by RSVP, which is the only practical way to run a free concert on that site. Hassan Wadi, global director for Human Concern International, said that as a Gazan he could not be prouder of the band's community for coming together, that the three regions have suffered a great deal, and that the aim is food, water, medical care and shelter for families in all three.

Around it the band stay on the road. They play the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Austin on 9 October, FORM Festival in Mayer, Arizona on 11 October, and the Ventura County Fairgrounds on 14 October with Pennywise, before the Washington date ten days after that.
