Pig Destroyer will play Prowler in the Yard from first song to last on 24 and 25 October at The 8x10 in Baltimore, then keep going into the rest of the catalogue. The record turns twenty five this year.
The two nights are not the same show twice. Erode and Bandit open the first, Visceral Disgorge and Goetia the second. The band announced it on Instagram and said nothing about tickets.
Baltimore is the middle of a longer stretch. Between now and December they also play Chicago, Liverpool, London, Newcastle, Glasgow, New Orleans, Denver and Brooklyn.
Prowler in the Yard came out on Relapse in 2001, the second album and the one that fixed what the band were: thirty seven pieces, most of them under two minutes, a guitar, drums and Blake Harrison's noise where a bass would be.
