Vitalectomy have premiered Panopticon Necropolis, and it is the first new music the Seattle band have shown since a pair of EPs last year. Slam Worldwide carry the visualiser, which is where most of this scene's premieres land.
The band deal in slamming brutal death metal and have built their catalogue the way bands in that corner usually do: a single, Biomechanoid, in 2024, then Anti-Gravitational Annihilation and Exomorphic Xenotransplantation through 2025. No album yet, and on this evidence no hurry for one.
The titles are half the aesthetic. Panopticon Necropolis keeps to it, and so does everything the band have put a name to, which for a genre built on repetition and low end is more information than it sounds like: a band that names a song after Bentham's prison is not treating this as a joke.
