Voyager have released Secret, with a video, and it is the second song they have put out on its own since Fearless In Love in 2023.
Seen Better Days came in 2025 and was not attached to anything either. Two singles in two years, no album title, no date: for a band that spent the previous decade on a record every two or three years, this is a slower and more deliberate way of working, and the songs are arriving one at a time rather than as a set.
What the band do has not moved. The Perth five piece have been at it since 1999, long enough that the synthesiser lines which once made them an odd fit in Australian metal now read as the thing everybody else borrowed. Season Of Mist have carried the last few records.
Secret is streaming now. Whether it belongs to an album nobody has announced, or is simply a song they wanted out of the building, the band are not saying.
