Beyond Grace have put out live footage of Our Kingdom Undone, filmed at JT Soar, and released through Prosthetic Records.

The song is the title track of their second full-length, out in 2021. Taking a five year old song back into a room this size is a particular kind of decision. JT Soar is a small venue, not a hall, and footage shot there has none of the distance that festival cameras put between a band and the sound they make.

The Nottingham band have been running since 2014, with the debut Seekers in 2017 and Our Kingdom Undone four years after it. Rather than a third album they have spent the stretch since on a run of EPs under one title, Welcome to the New Dark Ages, with Part 1 in 2023, Part 2 in 2024 and Part 3 arriving this year.

That is a release pattern worth noticing. Three EPs under a shared name does the work of an album while keeping the band in front of people three times instead of once, which is how a death metal band on an independent label stays visible without a tour budget.

Earlier this year they also put out a cover, under the title If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next.
