Die Sünde will release Effemeridi, their first album, on 13 November through Time To Kill Records. The first song from it, Su una rotta d'un mare di perigli, is out.
Behind it are two EPs and six years: the self-titled one in 2020 and Strega in 2022. The Italians work between black metal and post-hardcore without belonging to either, and the way they put a song together is by contrast rather than by blend: abrupt turns, careful dynamics, abrasive stretches next to open ones and a persistent melancholy.
The album, they say, goes deeper compositionally without losing the instinctive part.
