Entheos have released Empty on the Inside through Metal Blade Records, and a video for "Hell is a Part of Me" follows on Tuesday.
It is their fourth album and the first since Time Will Take Us All in 2023, with the EP An End to Everything filling the gap last year. The band is still the two people it has been since 2015: Chaney Crabb sings, Navene Koperweis plays the drums and most of the rest.
That arrangement is the reason their records sound the way they do. A duo writing technical music together does not have to argue a part into existence, and the result has always been tighter and colder than a five piece playing the same notes. Crabb's vocal is the one human variable in it, and she has spent four records putting it further forward.
Metal Blade is handling the release and the campaign, which continues next week with the video. The album is available through the label now.
