Entheos have released Hell is a Part of Me through Metal Blade Records, with a video.
This band have spent their whole existence refusing to pick a lane. Navene Koperweis came out of Animals As Leaders and Animosity, Chaney Crabb sings in a register that moves between a hardcore bark and something close to singing, and the programming has always been part of the arrangement rather than an effect laid over it.
What has changed across the last two records is confidence about that. The electronics are no longer buried under the guitars as though they needed excusing. They sit level with everything else, and on a song like this one they carry the hook.
Metal Blade have had them since 2023, which is a reasonable home for a band whose audience arrived from four different genres at once and has never fully agreed on what to call them.
The video is streaming now, and nothing has been said about an album behind it.
