Wargasm UK have premiered a video for Swallow. The duo recently joined the Hopeless Records roster and finished a new album earlier this year, and Metal Underground reports that release details for it are still pending.
They put the song plainly enough. “This is our soundtrack to mistakes and love in this hell of a century,” they said. “You can feel good when you’re being bad. Human touch just to feel something.” They call it the hot cousin of an earlier song of theirs called Spit.
Sam Matlock and Milkie Way formed the band in London in 2018, after Matlock's previous band Dead! came apart and Way, who had photographed their shows, came in on bass. Both sing. What they do sits between nu metal and digital hardcore rather than in either, and they are not the Boston thrash band of the same name, which started in 1986 and has been finished for years.
They are about a week into a United States run with Scene Queen and Bailey Spinn, and the dates left go Houston on 25 September, then San Antonio, Dallas, Mesa, San Diego and Los Angeles through the first week of October, then Denver, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia and Worcester, finishing in Florida.
